Pool Reservation

• ​Privatepool.net requires at least 50% downpayment per time slot.

Catering Reservation

• 50% downpayment for reservation, 50% full payment 7 days before actual date.

how do i cancel my booking?

• Booking cannot be cancelled and down payment is non refundable.

How do i change my booking?

• Changing and Adjustments of booking must be made strictly 7 days or 1 week prior to your reservation.

can i arrive at the resort earlier than normal schedule?

• for Early Check-in and Check-out earlier than normal schedules
  arrangements must be made with Privatepool.net and 
  guests will be responsible for any fees. 
• Subject to availability
• Reservations of special hours can only be made 1 Day prior of your booking date
• Maximum of 3 Hours only 

  Extensions between :
     6:00 am to 11:00 pm ( Php 700.00 / Hour )
     11:00 pm to 6:00 am ( Php 1,000.00 / Hour )      

• You will need to avail another time slot or package if more than 3 Hours.

is food and drinks available inside the resort?

• Food is allowed, as long as its not catering service.
• Any beer, Alcoholic Drinks, Liquors and Beverages are not allowed to be brought inside the area. Corkage fees will be charged, The store will provide.

Can I already make a reservation for next year?

• Privatepool.net accepts all reservations for any date as long as its available.

What documents do i receive before arrival?

For online reservations

• The guests will receive confirmation thru email.

For office reservations

• The guests will receive a reservation form, handed by staff/s.​​​​

Is parking slot available on the resort?

• Guests can park up to 8 cars.
