External or Outside Catering is not allowed
1. Payment Upon Entry
2. Reservation Fee is non-refundable. (50% Downpayment for all reservations)
Changes and Adjustments of date and time can only be made 7 days prior to booking date.
3. Privatepool.net reserves the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guest
who will engage in fight or generally disrupt the peace and order of the resort.
4. The guest is entitled to pay any damages or losses
caused during the time of their stay in the resort.
5. No Drinking and Eating inside the Swimming Pool (Water Area)
6. Cleanliness must be maintained all the time.
7. Catering Services and Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed to be brought inside
if so, Corkage fees will be charged (We have Inhouse Catering Service and store inside)
8. Personal safety should be considered at all times. Privatepool.net will not be liable
for any accidents and injuries. However Firs Aid will be provided.
9. No Firearms allowed within Privatepool.net’s premises.
10. All guests are advised to secure all their belongings at all times
Privatepool.net shall not be held liable for any loss of belongings.
11. Guests must maintain peace and serenity at all times
Privatepool.net’s staff has the right to keep the volume down to tolerable levels.
12. for Early Check-in and Check-out earlier than normal schedules
arrangements must be made with Privatepool.net and
guests will be responsible for any fees.
